Maintenance Supervisor
Oversees and performs all routine and preventive maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the community. Supervise maintenance personnel, and handle budget planning as it relates to the overall maintenance of the property.
Property Maintenance Technician
Primarily responsible for the daily maintenance of upkeep of properties. Under limited supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the maintenance, upkeep and repair of Prime Management Properties.
