Times Union: Prime Property Management now manager of 63 & 69 State Street in Albany
Excerpt from the TImes Union: "Chinese investor confirms $4.4M deal for downtown Albany buildings"
"Prime Cos. in Cohoes has been hired by Lu and his group to manage both 69 State and 63 State", said Todd Curley, a partner in the firm who leads Prime Property Management. Curley says 69 State St. has a total of 160,000 square feet of space, with about 60,000 of that vacant.
The 63 State St. building, with 5,878 square feet of space, is totally vacant, making it ideal for a law firm. Both buildings have parking included.
Curley said Bank of America, which is the major tenant of 69 State St., is expected to remain in the building for a while. He said there is a lot of potential for the building to add small suites or even apartments.
