Online booking and travel site, Hotels.com, recently awarded Pavilion Grand Hotel the prestigious 2016 Gold Award for a perfect 5 out of 5 rating! The award was granted to the hotel this past week to honor hospitality businesses around the world that consistently earn top ratings from guests and visitors of Hotels.com. Pavilion Grand had been award previous honors in the past with the booking site, but with a 5 out of 5 rating and labeled as a “Gold” hotel, the new Gold Award has beaten out the hotel’s prior "Outstanding" Award with their 4.8 rating.
