Why Real Estate Agent Luncheons Are Beneficial For All Involved


Periodically, when a property is available for sale or lease, agent luncheons are held as a way to help market the listing. These luncheons can be of great benefit to all of the people involved, not just the agents. There are some obvious benefits to the property when holding an agent luncheon, including raising awareness of the property, and gaining valuable feedback from other industry experts.

For agents that are simply attending a luncheon, it can be a great way to network with other agents who may be willing to share some of their best tips and advice. In addition to networking, many properties also offer great referral programs for agents who bring in new tenants to so it is a great opportunity to learn more about how referral programs work.

Agent luncheons are also beneficial to local businesses. Often, not only real estate agents are included but local business owners as well so they can check out the available commercial spaces in mixed-use developments. This is a great way to gauge the interest of area businesses that may be looking to expand into new spaces/areas and make them aware of available offerings. Food is always served from local restaurants, which helps to highlight an area’s surrounding amenities. As an incentive to attend, many agents will also host a gift card raffle and are sure to include gift cards to surrounding businesses, again raising awareness of what the area has to offer.

Our Recent Real Estate Agent Luncheons in Saratoga County

Recently, we hosted real estate agent luncheons at both of our Saratoga County apartment communities, The Hamlet at Saratoga Springs, and Ellsworth Commons. These luncheons were held as a way to showcase our properties, and are open not only to Coldwell Banker agents but all area real estate agents that are interested in stopping by to learn more about the property.

Both The Hamlet at Saratoga Springs in Saratoga, and Ellsworth Commons in Malta, are mixed-use developments. Luncheons at these unique properties allow our agents to showcase the commercial spaces they have available as well as allowing our property managers to present the apartments themselves. Luncheons at our mixed-use properties are open to both commercial real estate agents and residential real estate agents, and tours are given of residential and commercial spaces.
